Storm Water Management Work
We have been working with Jim Conklin and Pete Sanchez at Hogan Land Services on a project to remove 3 storm water code violations on our property and our neighbor's property in Sonoma Valley. Hogan has submitted the project (a rock swale) for permit approval with Permits Sonoma. That permit is currently under review and you can view it here:

Hogan is continuing to work on our behalf to get the permit through the approval process and once it is approved, we will require a contractor to complete the work. Given the existing code violations, our intent is to do this work as soon as possible - this winter or spring. Your compa...
