Commerical Bathroom Remodel
Our church in South Gate, CA has two small bathrooms with approximately sq ft of around 450 ft and we would like to update the men's bathroom which has two sinks, two toilets, and two additional urinals so the space is approximatly 225ft sq feet.
It would be ideal to update the flooring of this bathroom also with luxury vinyl plank or concrete which ever is more cost effective. The bathrooms must be more ADA friendly which can include (widening doorways, replace stalls, railing, sink height, toilet height, etc). Additional safety dealing with COVID-19 protocols (automatic sink, automatic paper dispenser, automatic soap, etc) can also be considered. Modern designs are appreciated (ex: wood tile, white or gray tile backsplash, black stalls).
