Bathroom Remodel
We are having a moisture issue in our main bathroom--mold on the ceiling and the floor is warping. I expect we need to completely gut the bathroom (tub, vanity, etc) and the venting into the attic isn't to code (doesn't exit the house).
We may also need to sister the floor joists throughout the house as the floors are noticeably uneven, not just in the bathroom.
Also interested in an estimate to upgrade electrical for the whole house as well, though may defer that project depending on scope of the bathroom/floor issues.
