Roofing, siding and gutters—inspect for damages and repair/replace
On May 7, 2024, the area where I live in South Milwaukee had a hailstorm. On Aug 3, a contractor who repaired my neighbor’s damaged home did a free inspection of the siding, gutters and roof on my duplex and garage. He said that all are damaged enough to warrant replacement. I would like to get a second opinion from Matt (assess the damage of above items and advise on repair/replacement). I hired Matt back in June to remodel a bathroom, fix drywall, and install flooring in a kitchen; I trust him and his team implicitly. I will attach a few photos of the visible areas of damage (mainly dimpling in aluminum siding, plus few discolored spots on garage roof). I may be missing other damages that my eyes are not trained to see. Thank you!
