Home Addition
Attached are two drawings. We had a tree fall on the small kitchen bump out, it is still in livable condition, but we need it fixed and brought up to code, or come up with a different solution, both of those are outlined in the other attachment. We are assuming that the enlargement of the bump out will most likely be cost prohibitive, so our current focus is on either 'redoing' the existing bump out (preferred), or to close that wall and remove the bump out.
For the 'redoing', new footings are necessary, we want to replace the sliding door with a single door and close up the window next to the side door.
