Two Plots into One Resurveying
My husband and I have two plots in Hancock Co that we need to have surveyed together to merge them. 871 Harper Road, Sparta, GA 31087, Map 102 062& 063. plot #'s 102062 & 10263.
We plan to upgrade this total property within the next two years for a home to retire to.
Plot 62 is 24 acres and plot 63 is 25.33, totaling just under 50 acres.
Where we want to place the house will most likely stratal the current plots that are not allowed and where we want the well would be on one plot and most of the house and septic on the other which is also not allowed so we need to combine them before we can do anything else.
We would like you to give us a quote as to how much you think a resurvey of these plots would cost. They would need to be remarked as many of the originally marked trees have grow...
