Multi-Residential Work
I need help with the following jobs:
1. The location for the exterior outlet I need has an existing interior outlet in the same place through the wall. So should be pretty easy.
2. A grounding rod and wire are needed as advised by the plumber that recently replaced two outdoor faucets.
3. The 3 small ceiling holes are caused by a gas installation and to access pipes for the new outdoor faucets. I have small pieces of sheet rock, and maybe texture and paint. One hole has a dead hornet nest, which I would like removed.
4. Depending on the price and work quality of the above 3 items, I might also want a toilet replaced with a tall bidet toilet.
