Leak and Board Repair
During the big rainstorm, we discovered water leaking into our living room, just above the baseboard. I looked into the attic, but it was dry. We had water backup where the leak was, and I’m pretty sure that it came in at a lower level. I’ve figured out how to prevent water from backing up that high again, but the damage is still there and needs to be addressed. Also have some rotting boards around the kitchen window that need to be addressed. One of us is here most of the time. Need an estimate ASAP, but the work is not under a deadline. Prefer the phone over email.
