I have been having electrical issues in my rental property and my own home. Arc fire in an outlet, burnt up outlet in the utility room for the dryer, and outlets in the master bath go out for days at a time. Several instances where we had a burning plastic smell. The arc fire blew out our TV.A burner on the stove would not go off one day. Multiple other issues as well.
