Bathroom needs some cosmetic updates. Toilet and tub are fine. Metal heating baseboard, vanity, and sink fixture need to be replaced. Tiles on the floor are missing. I would want to replace the floor tiles.Wall tiles are fine. The walls and ceiling would all need to be repainted.
