I have a 1400 sq ft brick exterior house that I'd like to complete a full house renovation on. Add a master suite, bump out living room and kitchen, remove chimney, add raised front porch with pillars (picture), convert the middle bedroom into a common pass through bathroom, convert the current "matchbox bathroom" into a hallway (to create a second entrance to the kitchen), add closets to the existing bedrooms, replace the windows, replace the electrical (its ungrounded), replace exterior doors, add exterior electrical outlets/water spigots/lighting, connect out-building electrical into circuit box, widen driveway in front of house.
