Was wondering about a ballpark figure on a building. 2 1/2 car garage. Above 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Well, there were a couple of things that my kids had questions about. First of all, if you did a shop with a two-car garage and an apartment above it with a two-bedroom living room, kitchen area, and bathroom, what would the square footage be? is what they were asking. Is it as much as it would be if it was like a whole house you were doing? Or, second of all, is there a way we can put a two-story above my garage, and would that be more expensive or cheaper if we made one big rumpus room with the bathroom?
