Exterior Painting

We are researching exterior painting of units, patio walls and common walls.
Our complex has 35 single story units divided into 7 buildings of 4 to 6 units. These units surround two courtyards
Each unit has a block fence that needs to be painted.
There are also block fences around each courtyard, and some wrought iron
Damaged wood has been replaced and primed on all units
