Flooring and Cabinet Work
I had a plumbing issue, was able to get it resolved but it led to a secondary issue of discovering some mold in the floor. So now I need to get it, along with getting a couple of cabinets replaced.
Budget is between 10-15k, but obviously it depends more on what needs to be done than anything. And I rent the place out, I'm out of town for a bit, but my tenants will be around so this week would be awesome because I wanna get the ball moving soon as possible.
