I’m requesting an electrical inspection for a property I lease and operate, as it’s required for continued insurance coverage. All electrical work was done by the previous property owner as a DIY project, and I’ve started noticing a few issues: One junction box with an outlet/switch combo appears to be leaking power—it's causing a halogen light to emit a faint glow even when switched off. Recently, several lights in the stable aisle have been flickering when turned on. One of the switches for the aisle lights has also become inconsistent in operation. I’ve brought these concerns to the property owner but am unsure when they will be addressed. Regardless, I need a formal electrical inspection to meet insurance requirements.
