I’m reaching out after recently moving into my first home in Tacoma and was hoping you might be willing to help me explore a few HVAC options.
I’m working with a limited budget, and I’m hoping to find a solution that makes my home more comfortable during the hotter months. I know it’s a busy time of year, so I’d be very grateful if this is something your team could assist with.
I’m looking at either:
A three-zone mini-split system, or
adding an AC/heat pump unit to my existing 2-year-old Rheem furnace (central ducted system).
The home is roughly 1,400 sq ft. with 12 registers and return on the second floor; I would also need any associated electrical work completed as part of the project.
