BUILD: Post Flood Home Remodel
Excelaron, Inc  Project completed by Excelaron, Inc
Hi, My name is Chris Hunt and my house was recently flooded by Hurricane Helene. I have flood insurance and ServPro recently completed the mitigation process. I’m at the point where I want to weigh options and I am considering adding onto the house. It’s currently a 1,834 sq ft, 3 BR ranch style home. I’d like to budget out either: (1) Renovation of the existing footprint; (2) Renovation and adding onto existing footprint but staying under FEMA 50% Rule; or (3) Complete tear down and rebuild Please contact me at your earliest convenience to let me know if you’re interested in evaluating this project. Sincerely, Chris Hunt 3941 East Eden Roc Circle Tampa, Florida 33634 Cell: (727) 487-4963 Email: [email protected]

Build: Split of Whole Home Remodel
Crc Builders  Project completed by Crc Builders
We were looking to add a pool with cage to a 40x40ft backyard. The project would include the enclosure of a 10x14ft lanai with one structural wall that would allow us to mount weight equipment, and two walls with sliding glass doors. A lanai roof extension, outdoor kitchen, and detached/poolside louvered pergola. We've spoken with a few pool companies and they are unable to build structural walls, pergolas, electrical, etc. I'm looking for a company that can handle the lanai conversion, roof extension, outdoor kitchen, and backyard lighting plus or minus the pool/screen construction.

Wind Mitigation Retrofit
I am approved by My Safe Florida home for the following for my home in Historic Ybor City: Improvement 1.0: Opening Protection Improvement 2.0: Roof to Wall Attachments Improvement 3.0: Roof Deck Attachments Improvement 4.0: Secondary Water Resistance (SWR) The roofing part is straightforward, but the windows are complicated, due to historic preservation restrictions (only wood-framed windows are allowed) and obstructions (if I put on shutters, various other modifications to the property would need to be made in order for them to open and close, including moving the electrical box and changes to the fence and shed). I want to see what my options are. If interested, please contact me. Thanks!

Multi-Room Remodel
The whole left side of my home needs to be redone. The whole left side wasn’t insulated so it’s very hot in the summer and very cold in the winters. The back left room of the house has a flat roof that leaks and the foundation it isn’t leveled with the rest of the house. The whole left side was constructed with wood and the florida termites are having a Buffy with the whole left side of the home. I would like to add a bathroom and closet if possible as well as a laundry area or room if possible.

Bathroom Remodel
My bathroom is horrendous, the shower backs up often, leaks into the toilet area causing black mold and we cannot use a bathtub that is way too small, we have a primary closet that is too small and the appliance lights from the kitchen shine into the primary bedroom. If you are interested in this project, please reach out. Thank you!
