On behalf of Saint George One, LLC, DBA Memorial Rx Specialty Pharmacy, I am requesting your proposal for the 1,200 SF interior build-out of our new pharmacy location at 8488 W. Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33615.
Enclosed, please find the Scope of Work document, which outlines the project requirements across all trades, including demolition, storefront, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (with CAT-7 data), millwork, finishes, and signage coordination. Please note:
* The building permit has already been authorized by another contractor; your scope is to perform under this permit and coordinate inspections/close-out.
