Bathroom flood. The insurance has a complete water mitigation estimate. Repairs are needed for the master bathroom, bedroom, closet, toilet, office, and living room. A custom wood cabinet vanity is water damaged.
Replace the dry wall, baseboard, painting, and new carpets.
My home is in Bear Valley Springs. It is a high-quality Bower home.
The budget is $25k to $50k. Insurance had not approved a quote yet.
I am available to speak to contractors.
Next week, I will be away, but I should be able to take calls most of the time.
