Floors and Porch Work
I have two projects for our townhome.
1. All of the flooring squeaks. Eliminate squeaks and replace all existing carpeting and flooring on two floors and two stairways. Existing flooring is a mix of wood tiles, carpet, and linoleum.
2. Repair screened in porch. The railing and screen framing are old and show deterioration. The new frame must match existing with regard to paint per HOA.
