Roof Project
The fascia board at the front of the home is holding water and has softened due to termite damage. The presence of water suggests a potential leak from a higher point on the roof. Additionally, we discovered a water stain inside the attic above the garage. We need to assess the extent of the leak in that area and would also like a full inspection of the roof to identify any other areas needing repair.
The attached photo highlights the suspected leak location, and the video shows water in the fascia boards. We also require assistance with checking for loose tiles and roof caulking.
I am available all day tomorrow until 4:30 PM and on Friday, except for a brief window from 3:15 to 3:30 PM.
