Whole Home Remodel
I work for a real estate acquisitions company that is looking to purchase an apartment complex in Terrell, TX. We are in the due diligence phase and need to nail down some quotes for a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and replacing carpeting for some of the units. The complex is C-class, so we just want to freshen up the look and update the overall appearance; the new look will not be a luxury. We are also looking to add a patio to the yard area in the complex with just some concrete.
