Build: Garage Addition
The plan is to make a 24x26 garage extension with a finished office above the garage. The stairs to the upstairs garage would be in the existing garage. The plan would include an additional electrical box and mini-split AC/heat for the garage and office space. Windows in the office facing the woods, 1 single wide garage door, 1 door to exterior yard and a door to the office above.
