Concrete Work
If HOA & city approved, we'd like to add an approx. 27'-4" x 12'-0" fan brushed concrete parking pad to our existing driveway at the beginning of June. No color, no stamping. There is existing grass, river rock, larger decorative rocks, and irrigation to contend with.
Additional fan brushed concrete would extend from the space east of the new parking pad, past the gate to the side yard, to replace the slab at the side door to the garage and spread north to the fence where we store the bins for trash/recycling/compost. A wide sidewalk to match would go from that area through the river rocks next to the garden plots to the edge of the grass in the backyard.
