We have hall bath that is currently 12'2" x 10'6" 127.7 sq ft. We plan to shrink the size to 12'2" x 6' 73 sq ft with dual sink tub with shower and toilet. Picture of rough design included. The 4.5Ft that we will be shrinking the bathroom will be given to the Master Suite. Current Master Suite has Bathroom and Walk in closet. It will be 25.5' x 15.75' 401.6 sq ft space where we are still working on final design of space but will include larger bathroom (aprox 95 sq ft) and closet space (aprox 95 sq ft) and likely similar sized bedroom (180 sq ft). We are oping to have the project done by June at the latest.

I have owned a 65-year-old house for the past 36 years. The attached garage had been converted to a family room by a previous owner. When we moved in we were aware of severe cracks in the slab floor, with some pieces lifting by more than 1/2 inch across the crack. We dealt with that by simply installing extra padding under the carpet to level it out. Now, I want to remove the carpet and install vinyl plank flooring, but the concrete must be in good condition to do that.
