Bathroom Remodel
Replacing a perfectly good tub with a walk-in shower that will accommodate someone who is blind. They also have mobility issues, so they can't sit over the tub anymore.
We need a separate estimate for another job because it would likely be paid out of someone else's (in the household) budget. Because we *might* want to install a washer/dryer stack in that bathroom, its closet, or a nearby closet too.
