I don't need an architect—it is not that big of a project—I need a reasonable designer who knows how to make a basement with one egress window, a family TV, an exercise room, and a playroom. I just need someone to help me complete it and I don't want to pay per hour. I want someone who can give me a set price so I know what my budget is I've already gone through many designers where we get nowhere within five hours And I've just spent $500.
