Remodel Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room
NOTES:
House is a single story ranch on a slab no basement and attic is a crawlspace. Need to take out old carpeting want to replace with LVP, fireplace takes up more than half of the living room wall wants it taken out, want to remodel kitchen with new cabinetry, new flooring to match rest of the house, new fridge, has one load bearing wall and want to cut a pitcure window in there and put shelving there, bedrooms new flooring and painting, one of the kitchen walls would like to take 2/3rds out and put in peninsula so more communication between the rooms.
Maybe change from gas range to electric range, also possible maybe new dishwasher
