#1) Need a wall-mounted radiator (on site) installed to replace the existing towel warmer/radiator (temporarily in place)... just involved screwing the two mounting plates into the wall and then attaching the two feed lines (in and out). #2) Need a 7' long drain pipe from the bathroom sink straight to the main stack (below the toilet) cleared of an obstruction—believed to be scale from iron? sink and toilet have been removed, so it's a straight shot. #3) need two 10', 1/2" metal pipes that feed the kitchen sink replaced with PEX. Open and exposed, easy to access: PEX manifolds easily accessible. The project is approved for direct contractor payment from Lake County HRA grant program!
