Multi-Room Remodel
Bedroom 1:
1. Convert sliding closet doors to half pocket door, half wall.
2. Install new vanity (60”), prefabricated countertop, and fixtures.
3. Reposition vanity mirror/medicine cabinet
Bedroom 2:
1. Convert sliding closet doors to half pocket door, half wall.
2. Install new vanity, prefabricated countertop, and fixtures.
3. Move ceiling light to middle of room; should allow installation of a ceiling fan.
Hallway:
1. Remove existing bottom cabinets.
2. Install 2 new 12” deep cabinets for linens (stacked).
3. Install desk countertop.
4. Install plug.
5. Build a soffit to finish off the area.
Front Room:
1. Install ceiling fan and switch in front room.
2. Frame out fireplace facade for a mounted TV.
3. Run electrical to the area; provide a cove behind TV for electronics.
