I own a two-story home and am converting the downstairs into a long-term (year+ lease) rental. It's a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. I need a bid to build the kitchenette; the room is an office currently. It shares a wall with the laundry room, sink, and hot water heater. The rooms dimensions are 11' 7" x 7' x 10" I envision a simple galley-style kitchen on the right side of the room (see attached pic) that will accommodate a dishwasher, a stovetop/oven, a sink, and a refrigerator.
