Leak Detection
My task is to talk with contractors having a very specific set of skills and equipment.
Our condo building is constructed of precast concrete floor slabs, twelve foot by five foot with hollow tubes reducing weight. We are experiencing a slow leak between two of the slabs above the ceiling. A two foot square cutout shows water moving along the joint to the lowest point.
Someone with serious electronic sensors or video equipment could possibly find the source. Think a pool leak detector looking up rather than down.
With the constant drip, it could be a fresh water pvc joint leaking or standing water slowly leaking. Rain doesn't seem to change the pattern.
