Plumbing and Heating Work
Please only respond if you are licensed in the Town of Hempstead. This is the scope:
Starting from the basement:
Run 3/4 in hot and cold lines for the upstairs bathroom on the second floor.
Run replacement heating lines for new radiators (not baseboards). Current lines are 1/2 in.
Update/remove/replace cast iron stack with pvc and extend for new roof height on dormer extension.
Gas lines: adjust gas lines in the kitchen so the stove can sit all the way back.
Extend the gas line in the basement about 20–25 feet to reach the new fireplace.
Main floor:
Kitchen will need some adjustments shift 12-18" on the plumbing lines for the sink waste, supply and dishwasher after we have the cabinets delivered.
We have a capped line from a previous heater that can be extended for an under cabinet...
