Deck and Living Space Work
Outdoor/Deck Work:
-Remove the old deck and build a new one
-Replace staircase or railing as needed
-Interior/Living Space:
-Paint the living space
Additional Context:
-The house was built in the late 1800s (circa 1889)
-Previous renovations were done by us, but rental tenants caused significant damage
-Multiple areas of the home now need repair and updates
