Looking to get a cost estimate, including attaching sewer (goes right by the lot) and water (58 feet 1 1/4 inch pipe) and foundation offset from the right and front and back boundaries by minimum allowable zoning distance. So the foundation would be 40 feet wide by 20 feet deep on a sloped back and side property. We are looking for now to get a quote on the sewer water foundation and price per square foot for a simple 2 bed 1-2 bath unit with kitchen/living room and top and bottom washer dryer in the unit. No garage, just a driveway for now. We have a possible design in mind. one is a prefab off of amazon, which would only require a foundation, erection, finishing and a couple modifications (see attached). Just finished with the foundation and installed in-ground plumbing. Inspectors have passed the slab to be poured. I need someone who can put in the slab.
