Home Improvement Work
1) There are 2 walls we want down from the kitchen & the living room.
2) There are 2 flashing leaks, one in the kitchen & off the patio doors; these leak in the living room, the kitchen overtop our kitchen table.
3) Some ceiling drywall needing replacement from the rain in the kitchen. We want to extend our kitchen into the presently unused dining room that we don't use. The same in the living room with the wall coming down opens up that living room space. If possible, remove the carpet downstairs.
4) popcorn ceilings
5) front porch & my back deck.
