Flatwork Concrete Work
I have a 19x21 garage. The floor has sunken in the far corner about 6" over time, pulling down much of the rest of the floor (3 long cracks in the floor). We have a concrete step in front of the door going into the house from the garage. We have lived in the home for 25 years. I am looking for an estimate to remove/replace the floor and restore the original slope of the garage, potentially also compacting whatever is causing the sinkage.
