Basement Finishing
Finish basement. Approximately 600 sq feet, most of the framing is done already, with the exception of the south wall with the window. Insulation is attached to the foundation wall. I would like approximately 8 recessed lights, an 8' closet with bifold doors, a pedestal sink, a toilet, a mirror with 2 sconce lights, no shower, a pocket door to the bathroom, a regular door to the furnace/storage area, sheetrock, rock, paint, and carpet. I also have a cathedral ceiling that I want a ceiling fan installed with a 72" downrod in my living room.
