We are seeking bids from local general contractors for the expansion of Cypress Mini Storage, located at 4601 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291. Our goal is to expand our existing 21,000 sq ft facility by approximately 4,000–5,000 sq ft. We are looking for reputable local contractors with a strong track record in the West Monroe or Ouachita Parish area, preferably smaller firms with a focus on quality and reliability.
Project Details:
Scope: Construct 4,000–5,000 sq ft of new storage units.
Unit Mix:
20 units of 5x5 (500 sq ft total).
20–30 units of 10x15 (3,000–4,500 sq ft total).
