Deck Repair and Upgrade
There is a second-story deck that runs the length of the back of the townhouse. The footings on a 10 x 10 portion of the deck have settled, and I want to have the deck stabilized. I also want to have new balusters, a cap rail, and a top rail. The deck is Trex (I believe)
There is also a lanai on the other side of the unit that needs to be replaced.
