I wanted to reach out to see if you could help troubleshoot and fix a door problem.
Here it is: A door located on the first floor leading from the hallway to the laundry room will no longer close at all.
When Bay Crawlspace did a complete conditioned crawlspace encapsulation, they were aware of this problem, and after inspecting the crawlspace piers and supports, they did not see anything that might cause a structural problem.
The doorjamb appears to have disengaged on the hinge side, and the door bottom is catching on the floor on the opposite side. I think that fixing the door jamb hinge side and cutting 1/2” off the door bottom might solve the problem, but you would certainly know.
