We have an existing 10x13 brick utility room/shed attached to our home. It has LVP flooring and wood paneling. We want to make it a changing area/bathroom and bar area with a flip-up opening.
Must-Haves:
Toilet
Small shower
Sink
Bar Top w/ Flip-Up Opening to pool area
Dividing Wall or Some Other means of giving the toilet/shower privacy
We would also be interested in the cost for a small mini split or some other means of keeping the temperature regulated in this room when everything is closed up. It has windows, but they are too small for a window unit.
