Bathroom Remodel
The whole house needs love. But the bathrooms are one over the other. Upstairs leaked to the downstairs from the tub. I have the downstairs ceiling open, and there must not have been codes in 1979. This would end up being a two-bathroom repair/remodel. I want functional quality, not luxury. I’m okay with linoleum over tile, as we have a disabled person in our home who tends to slip on pretty tile.
