Bathroom Remodel
The grout in the bathrooms is chipping up. I had one person come out to take a look at it and they said they could repair the grout but it was potentially a defect from when the house was built and that it was likely to get damaged again in the future unless the underlying issue was resolved. I reached out to a lawyer to determine if i get get the builder to repair the defect and they told me i would need a professional to give me a written report outlining the defect to bring to the builder.
I work nights so I sleep in the morning and may not answer calls until the afternoon.
Potentially tomorrow afternoon. I am traveling thursday might be able to tall friday , not sure about that though.
