Remove existing bath shower unit and fixtures and haul away. Convert the existing tub drain to a shower drain assembly. Relocate existing tub/shower plumbing supply to a new location to work as a walk-in style shower. Supply and install a new end-drain style shower pan in place of the tub. Supply and install new waterproof wall board in the shower area as needed. Seal all joints to create a water-proof shower surround. Add blocking as needed for additional support to framing. Insure blocking is in place for the addition of a flip-down seat if wanted. Supply, fabricate, and install new quartz slab-style shower walls to include matching niches as discussed.
