I’m preparing to build a new lakefront home on Lot 15. I’m acting as owner-builder and am seeking a licensed Virginia electrician to support the electrical scope for both temporary construction power and permanent service installation.
Phase 1 – Temporary Construction Power (Needed by Sept 1)
I’m currently clearing the lot and have submitted building permits to Franklin County. I would like to request bidding for:
Installation of a temporary construction power pole/meter near the build site
Coordination with Appalachian Power (AEP) for meter hookup
Any required conduit/trenching from the service drop (neighbor’s corner)
Required inspections and permitting support
The panel will be used during construction for basic tool power and lighting power.
