Residential Remodel
My enclosed porch, an entry room into my kitchen, has water leaking into it on days of very heavy or prolonged rain. The leaks are at two places in one corner of the ceiling and at a location on the baseboard. I would like to get the leaks analyzed and repaired before I put a new floor in that room, if possible. The old floor is pulled up and I would like to put in the new floor fairly soon. Less urgent, but needing attention, are two other rooms on my first floor which may be subject to current water damage, likely from structural problems. Also, water enters my basement stone foundation on days of heavy rain. An enclosed area around my front door, that looks as if it was added after the home was built, has breaks in its cement base. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!
