Bathroom Remodeling
The scope of work might change as they are still drying it out (hopefully done by end of week).
Demolition has been started by Quick Dry. So its just the rebuild. It will include the following:.
1.) Repairing flood cuts on the back wall. ~2ftX4ft (this isn't done yet, but will be this week)
2.) Texture and paint.
3.) Flooring was removed down to the subfloor, SO tile and underlayment will need to be laid. ~3.5*5ft area (little less) There is 1 toilet cut out and 1 register.
4.) Replacing the toilet.
Small repair to pedestal the water heater was sitting on. ~3ft *.5 plywood + drywall.
Would love them to also look in the crawl space and make sure insulation is properly reinstalled.
The tile area is for a .5 bath. about 3.5*5ft, maybe little bigger.
