Basement Remodel
Finish a little less than 500 sq ft basement into two rooms: laundry/utility and home office, plus stairs from main floor. Washer and dryer hookups already in and interior framing done. For laundry add small sink and built in upper cabinets, otherwise no other fixtures. LVP flooring.
UPDATE 10/11/2024: standard finish dry wall ceilings for the laundry and home office (and stairs and landing/hall), add a gas dryer hookup, move laundry hookups and sink to exterior west wall, and remove crawl space entirely from project (leave unfinished).
