Residential Remodel
Previous owner put up a wood and plastic whatever you want to call it. It's more like a porch and not totally rain proof even though covered with plastic panels. I am looking for something that can actually be useful year round, but not real pricey.
Would like existing structure of a storage area 300 sq ft demolished and than a new space created 300sq ft one wall will be need to be added to wall in garage. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!
